Repeat prescriptions will normally be ready within 48 hours for collection from the surgery. We do not accept repeat medication requests via telephone or fax. Patients must use the appropriate repeat prescription system, which is explained in detail at the initiation of treatment. Patients must tick or circle medication they require. Please try to ask for all your medication at the same time.

All patients are asked to attend a regular review of their medication and further repeat medication will not be given until such a review has taken place.

The practice utilises a system of repeat dispensing whereby patients are able to obtain prescriptions directly from local pharmacists on a regular basis for a period of up to one year. Repeat dispensing can only occur with the agreement of Dr Winayak. Strict criteria include an annual medication and health review, and regular drug monitoring where appropriate.
