SURGERY TIMES

Surgery times vary on a day-to-day basis. General medical services are available between 9.30am and 12.30pm and 3.30pm – 6.30pm, except Tuesdays when they are available until 7.30pm. Some of the doctors undertake late morning surgery (10.30am to 12.30pm) or early afternoon surgery (1.30pm – 3.30pm).

Emergencies

These will be dealt with as quickly as possible at all times. For medical advice at night (6.30pm to 8.00pm weekdays except Tuesday 7.30pm to 8.00pm) and at the weekend, please ring NHS Direct on 0845 4647 or alternatively Harmoni on 0300 130 3019 if you may need to talk to or see a doctor. In life threatening emergencies such as severe bleeding, collapse, unconsciousness or severe chest pains, telephone 999 immediately.

Out Of Hours

If you require medical advice that cannot wait until the surgery is open, you can contact NHS Direct on 0845 4647. NHS Direct is a free advisory service. Alternatively, you may call Harmoni , the out-of-hours provider, on 0300 130 3019.

Disabled Access

The practice has a designated parking area for disabled patients. This is adjacent to the front entrance. There is also level access available for wheelchairs and a wheelchair accessible WC.
